Making the decision to contact Nancy Cox after strong research with the agents in our area to rent/sell our home turned out to be one of the best decisions my wife and I made. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but she surpassed our expectations. Upon her first visit based on how bad the market was in 2013, we decided to try to sell or rent. We had 2 tenants in 3 years and both tenants were dream tenants. Due to the diligent screening and selection, both tenants never missed a month of payment, with my permission painted the rooms, did the landscaping treating the house like their own. Being out of State, this was a huge relief for us and Nancy with her contacts at Baird & Warner had a list of handymen, cleaners, who were just like family. Finally in 2016 after our second tenant left, we decided to sell the house and Nancy again did an amazing job with her vast experience guiding us all the way to selling the house. she took the time to advise us on improvements needed to sell the house, She helped us make selections and arranged for the contractors to complete the work. Her selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which her knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight into the market. She never put any pressure on us and was extremely calm and collected when we were either in panic mode or excited with the offers received. Given that both my wife and I were out of State, she would come regularly to check on the house, provide me feedback as well as keep the momentum going. Even when she had to take off, she got her colleagues to do the showings so that we did not miss any opportunity in getting an offer. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! Finally when we received the offer we were looking and after we accepted, Nancy was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We have already recommended Nancy Cox to our friends and family given our experience working with her would highly recommend her to anyone.
